ABOUT US

Not just somewhere to go. Somewhere to stay.
Tallgrass was built to feel like part of the neighborhood—not separate from it. A spot to settle in, catch up, or stay a while.
Our menu is simple on purpose: local beer, thoughtful cocktails, and wines worth sharing. No extras, no overthinking—just things done well.
Come as you are. Stay as long as you want.
